I’m leaning more towards using natural products and I have been reading great reviews about Human Heart Nature products (Plus, Dash said she uses them herself!) and the BY NATURE Handmade Soaps.
I liked that BY NATURE Handmade Soaps gives you an idea which soaps are good for your skin. Check out their recommendations for different skin types/problems.
I’ve been eyeing a few of their products lately, but because I am being practical, I didn’t buy them immediately. I told myself I should at least finish what I have then give those natural products a go. Sayang eh.
I decided to order these from The Island Berry since she carries both brands over at her online store. I had no problems with my transaction with Phoebe & liked that our communication was very friendly with a touch of professionalism. I loved that.
1 Gentle Lavender BY NATURE Handmade Soaps Regular Bar
1 Green Tea Escape BY NATURE Handmade Soaps Regular Bar
1 Human Heart Nature Tomato & Lemongrass Toner
1 Human Heart Nature Royal Jelly & Aloe Vera Night Face Moisturizer
To be honest, the Toner & the Face moisturizer don’t smell great, but they don’t smell bad either. But if you’re used to the usual pleasant smell of toiletries, maninibago ka because it’s not very “fragrant”. I do have to say that they do what they say they will do. After only a few days of using them, my face seems brighter & softer.
So far, I’ve only tried the Green Tea Escape. The scent is quite subtle for me, which is a good thing. I’m not into soaps that have overpowering scents. Although I do wish it smelled more like matcha than plain green tea :p (Sorry, matcha addict on the loose.)
I’m a sucker for anything lavender-scented. I haven’t used the Gentle Lavender, but so far, even with the plastic on it, that soap smells great. 🙂 I sniff it all the time. Wala lang. Bango eh! (Lavender-addict on the loose din ito.)
Would I purchase them again? Sure! But only after I get to compare them with other natural products that are slowly coming out in the market 🙂
